With that being said, today is a perfect day to start over… begin again. Every little bit does help!
Here are a few tips to get you started or re-started:
*Set realistic goals
*Have a changed mind
*Substitute “this for that”
*Be mindful of the calorie and serving intake info on your food
*Drink plenty of water
*and most importantly, GET MOVING!! Find a physical activity that you enjoy doing and do it, do it, do it! Try starting off with at least 30minutes of cardio for at least 3 days a week and then gradually increase your exercise time.
